Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Creator Meet Dev (creatormeetdev.com), run by Tasture Media (Bram Steenhuis, sole proprietor), Oder 20, A2934, 2491 DC The Hague, The Netherlands, KvK 85120197, VAT NL004054804B80. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
2. What the service does
We help game studios and content creators find each other. Studios browse creators, keep a shortlist, and send invites. Creators decide whether to accept. We only provide the introduction and a chat. We are not a party to anything the two sides agree, and we do not handle payments between them or take part in deals, game keys, sponsorships or content. Any agreement, price, deadline or deliverable is between the studio and the creator.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- Studios must be authorized to act for the studio or game they add. Creators must own the channels they link.
- Managers (agents and agencies that represent creators) can only join by invitation from us. A manager may only add creators they are authorized to represent and who agreed to be listed. A creator added by a manager is hidden from studios until the creator confirms by email, and can withdraw or ask to be removed at any time. Managers answer invites for their creators, may not send invites or promote games, and must delete a creator when asked. We can suspend a manager, which hides all of their creators.
- One person, one account per role. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.
4. Plans and payment
- The service is free for creators.
- Studios can use the free plan (5 invites per calendar month) or the paid plan at €10 / month (50 invites per calendar month). Prices include VAT where it applies.
- The paid plan renews monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the plan page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for a period that has started, unless the law says otherwise.
- Invite packs are one-time purchases that add extra invites to your account. Pack invites do not expire and are used after your monthly invites. We do not give refunds for a pack once any of its invites have been used, unless the law says otherwise.
- We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days notice by email. The change applies from your next renewal.
5. Rules
You agree not to:
- send spam, mass copy-and-paste pitches, or invites that have nothing to do with the creator's content;
- harass, deceive or pressure anyone, or share illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- add games that are adult-only, for example games Steam rates for adult-only sexual content or frequent nudity, or that contain pornographic material. We check this automatically for Steam links, and we can remove a game or suspend a studio that breaks this rule;
- offer or request fake reviews, undisclosed paid promotion or anything that breaks advertising rules or platform terms. Sponsored content must be disclosed as the law and the platform require;
- give inaccurate information about your game, including whether it uses AI-generated or AI-assisted content (creators can opt out of such games and rely on your answer);
- use the service on behalf of others. Creator Meet Dev is for game developers and publishers to reach out to creators about their own games, and we believe it works best when developers contact creators themselves. Festivals, expos, showcases, agencies and similar services that promote other companies' games are not allowed, and one listing is one game that you develop or publish yourself;
- scrape, copy or resell creator data, or use it for anything other than finding collaborations through this service;
- try to break, overload or bypass the service, or work around the invite limits.
Creators can block any studio at any time. If a creator declines, you may not invite them again for the same game.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put on the service. You give us permission to store it and show it to the other users as described in the privacy policy, only to run the service. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers and genres they enter.
7. Third-party platforms
We read public channel data from YouTube and Twitch. We do not control those platforms, and their data may be incomplete or out of date. Numbers shown on a creator's profile are indications, not guarantees.
8. Suspension and ending
We may hide or remove a game or other content, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms, harms other users, or does not fit the purpose of the service (connecting game developers with content creators). We give a reason where we can. If we close a paying studio account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the current billing period. You can stop using the service whenever you want.
9. Liability
We provide the service as it is, and we cannot promise that it will always be available or that you will find a match. We are not responsible for what users do, for agreements between them, or for the content of videos and streams. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, except where the law does not allow a limit (for example in case of intent or gross negligence).
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email before they apply. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
